A South Florida Personal Injury Firm You Can Trust
Whether you’re injured on the job, due to the negligence of another driver, or because a company decided to save a few bucks and put a product on the market with defective parts, you deserve to be compensated for your pain and suffering – and those responsible deserve to be held accountable for their actions. That was The Injury Law Firm of South Florida’s goal when it was founded in South Florida in 1991, and it has remained the centerpiece of the firm’s mission ever since that time.
Our team has over 100 years of combined legal experience, so we’ve handled just about every kind of injury and workers compensation case you can imagine. We also come from diverse legal backgrounds that help us when preparing for cases, counting a former public defender and a lawyer who worked for insurance companies and knows their tactics among our partners.
As lead trial attorney, Braxton has litigated thousands of cases and worked in personal injury law for his entire career. But he actually started on the other side of the aisle, handling lawsuits for insurance companies before deciding to “switch sides.” This gives him unique insights.
This former Orange County Public Defender joined the firm in 2003 and was subsequently named “Rookie of the Year” by the Florida Workers’ Advocates. Now she serves as lead Workers’ Compensation trial counsel.
Robert Stein graduated from the University of Florida with Honors in 1994 with a BA in Criminology and Law, and continued his studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, earning his J.D. with Honors in 1997.
Craig A. Posner was born in Fort Lauderdale Florida and attended the University of Central Florida where he received his BS in Political Science. Upon graduation, Craig received his law degree from Florida International University College of Law. During his time at Florida International University, Craig had several prominent members of South Florida’s legal field as mentors, gaining vital experience and learning a tremendous amount about the law.

Floridians Deserve Justice for Injuries Resulting from Negligence
Far too many people in Florida don’t seek out the compensation they deserve when they are injured because they either don’t know that someone else should be held accountable when they are negligent or they don’t think they can win. This is exactly the mindset that allows big insurance companies and big corporations to get away with hurting the little guy and continuing business as usual.
